This research was carried out as a descriptive study to determine the individual innovativeness characteristics of nurses. The with participation 165 nurses among total 459 working in university hospital. data were collected by using 21-question information form, which determines socio-demographic and work-life prepared researcher line literature, Individual Innovativeness Scale.
